To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment only. Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available for established patients. A "drop-off" means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a part of the day. For the protection of all the animals in our hospital, we do require that all vaccines be up to date. Usually we will ask you to drop off in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, he or she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to schedule a pick up time. There is an out-patient hospitalization fee for this service, however.
For the safety of all animals in our care and our staff, we require that a Rabies vaccine be up to date for any visit made to our hospital. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. If you would like to bring your pet in to the office for just a visit before your first appointment so that they can become familiar with us, please feel free to do so. For the safety of everyone in the room we do request you to allow our trained staff to handle your pets while the doctors are examining them.
